Orders are fulfilled on a first come first served basis. If we are more than 14 days out for your dogware to be completed you will be notified by email. At that time we can estimate the turnaround time for your dogware to be completed.

If the additional time necessary for your dogware does not fit your needs your payment will be gladly refunded.
